KASBA AI Translator is an AI-powered communication platform designed to help people, professionals, businesses, and organisations communicate across supported languages through chat, audio calls, and translation-assisted conversations.

Multilingual communication

Individuals and organisations can use KASBA AI Translator to communicate across supported languages. The platform is designed for everyday conversations, business communication, customer support, and professional interactions while keeping each user's conversations appropriately separated.

Optional Google Drive backup

KASBA AI Translator may offer users an optional feature to connect their own Google Drive. When a user chooses to connect Google Drive, the authorization is used only for files created or managed by KASBA AI Translator for that user.

Connecting Google Drive is optional. It is intended to allow users to retain copies of eligible KASBA conversation data beyond the normal KASBA server retention period.

Data retention

KASBA is designed so that chat data stored on KASBA systems is generally retained for up to 30 days and may then be automatically deleted. Users who want longer-term copies may use an available personal backup option, such as Google Drive, when that feature is enabled for their account.
