Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how KASBA AI Translator ("KASBA", "we", "our", or "us") handles information when individuals, professionals, businesses, and organisations use KASBA AI Translator services.

1. Information we may process

Depending on the features used, KASBA may process user or account identifiers, conversation messages, uploaded files, call-related metadata, language preferences, device information needed for service operation, and authorization information required for optional integrations.

2. How information is used

Information is used to provide chat, calling, translation, customer support, conversation continuity, security, diagnostics, and other functions requested by the user.

3. Google Drive authorization

Users may optionally authorize KASBA to access Google Drive for KASBA-created or KASBA-managed files. KASBA intends to use the Google Drive drive.file permission so that the service does not require general access to all files in a user's Google Drive.

Google authorization credentials are used only to provide the Drive feature requested by the user. A user's Google Drive authorization is not intended to be shared with another unrelated user or organisation.

Where multiple individuals, businesses, or organisations use KASBA, authorization and stored data are designed to be associated with the appropriate user, account, business, or organisation.

4. Chat retention

KASBA is designed to retain chat data on KASBA-controlled systems for up to 30 days under the normal retention policy. Data may then be automatically deleted from KASBA systems.

Users who wish to retain eligible conversation information for a longer period may be offered an option to save or export that information to their own Google Drive or another available storage method.

Connecting Google Drive does not change ownership of the user's Google account or unrelated Google Drive files.

5. Data separation

KASBA is designed to separate information by the relevant user, account, business, or organisation. Information associated with one user or organisation should not be intentionally made available to unrelated users or organisations.

6. Sharing

KASBA does not sell users' Google Drive authorization credentials. Information may be processed by service providers necessary to operate KASBA, such as hosting, communication, translation, notification, and cloud storage services, subject to the functions being used.

7. Security

KASBA uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect stored information and authentication credentials. No internet or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

8. User choices and Google access

Users may choose not to connect Google Drive. Users may also revoke KASBA's Google account access through their Google Account security settings. When supported within KASBA, users may also disconnect the integration from the KASBA interface.

9. Deletion

Data covered by the normal KASBA retention policy may be automatically deleted after the applicable retention period. Copies saved by a user in the user's own Google Drive are controlled by that user and may remain there until the user removes them.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as KASBA features evolve. The current version will be published on this page.
